Tanwin Chang is an Applied Physicist who lives in the Fort Point District of Boston, MA. He has has helped validate the optical design of the Coarse Phasing Sysem for the James Webb Space Telescope, performed science policy research at the National Bureau of Economic Research, and developed all-optical switches during the telecom boom. His DOD-related experience includes analysis and evaluation of sensors for missile defense applications.
