Welcome to my personal corner of the DPL website.

For my day-job I perform research at the MIT Lincoln Laboratory as a resident subcontractor, spending much of my time bolting and unbolting fixtures and sensors to a lab bench. Before that I worked as an Optical Scientist at Adaptive Optics Associates, which is a subsidiary of defense conglomerate Northrop Grumman. Deep Phase Labs (DPL) was founded during the downtime between these jobs.

My wife is a painter of "representational abstrations". For our nuptuals, we eloped to our living room, and then took a short honeymoon to Atlanta, where I attended graduate school in the 90s.
